Tender description

The Trust has a current annual catering turnover of 1 163 214 GBP. With 6 campuses from September, all in close proximity in Enfield; they have modern kitchens and positive meal uptake. There is scope to further develop the services from the existing high level. Professional marketing alongside a high quality food offer will grow sales turnover, delivering a highly competitive cost to the Trust and benefits of scale to the successful contractor. There will be changes to the current service with Carterhatch Juniors being delivered-in and Fern House being supplied by Chesterfield from January 2020. This will be a genuine working partnership with the Trust and positive collaboration with each school. This relationship places the interests of every child firmly at the heart of the Trusts’ agenda. Please refer to the SQ Part 1 Document for details on sales and pupils numbers per school. Annual turnover is currently 1 163 214 GBP.
