Tender description
The purpose of the Invitation to tender (ITT) was to establish a contract for the servicing and repairs for sluice room equipment at sites as indicated in the tender documents. The Council’s intention was to award this contract to one primary contractor, to deliver all service requirements as per the specification. The contract will be let for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years to a total maximum term of 5 years. This service is for a contract covering the geographical area of Hampshire for sites listed in the tender documentation. The requirement covers the servicing and repairs of sluice room equipment. The contract will run for an initial 3 years term with an option to extend for a further 2 years subject to performance to a total 5-year term.
