Tender description
HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework agreement for the supply of radiopharmaceuticals (radioactive sterile and non-sterile drugs used in nuclear medicine procedures to diagnose, monitor, and treat diseases). Suppliers must possess the ability and the licence to compound, store, transport and deliver these goods. Goods include medicines, radionuclide generators, preparation kits and associated accessories used for protection when handling, transporting and administering radiopharmaceuticals. The framework will also include the preparation and supply of bespoke radiopharmaceuticals for specific patients as a separate lot. The lots as mentioned above are: Lot 1: Radiopharmaceutical Components and Consumables, Lot 2: Patient Specific Radiopharmaceuticals. HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework agreement for the supply of radiopharmaceuticals (radioactive sterile and non-sterile drugs used in nuclear medicine procedures to diagnose, monitor, and treat diseases) and consumables. In order to be successfully awarded to Lot 1, suppliers must must possess the ability and the licences to compound, store, transport and deliver radiopharmaceutical goods, which shall include nuclear medicines, radionuclide generators, preparation kits and associated accessories used for protection purposes during the handling, transportation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals. Suppliers must possess the ability and all applicable licences to obtain, store and deliver and dispose of radiopharmaceutical goods in accordance with legislation, regulation and procedural best practice. Goods included within the scope of Lot 1: — radio-active components, — non-radioactive components (kits) for combination with a radioactive component, — radionuclide generators, — precursors used for radiolabelling other substances prior to administration. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI): the terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information: this exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Suppliers must possess the capability and the licences to provide an outsourced service to prepare ‘ready for use’ radiopharmaceuticals which meet individual patient specifications. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI): the terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
