Provision of an IT Managed Service for ESB’s core IT trading capability which is FIS Aligne centric.

Tender description

ESB is requesting expressions of interest from suitable vendors to provide an on-site IT Managed Service for ESB’s core IT trading capability which is FIS Aligne centric. This is a highly integrated environment that interfaces with applications supporting ESB’s ISEM & GB trading capability. The successful vendor will be required to deliver projects, upgrades and provide expertise to assist ESB in delivery of new business requirements whilst ensuring the day to day operations and interactions with other elements of the Trading environment continue to operate as expected. This particular service is currently provided as an-onsite external Managed Service contract and is now being retendered. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous proposal.
