Tender description

The GLA is considering establishing a flexible arrangement with 1 or more suppliers to build on its existing investment in city simulation technology, develop capacity for dynamic project-level simulation, and potentially pilot dynamic simulation-linked infrastructure financing models. This engagement would be organised under a term contract of up to 3 000 000 GBP and extend no longer than the 2022/23 financial year. Specific tasks would be agreed on an instruction by instruction basis. Suppliers should note that no funding has been confirmed as of yet and is dependant on external parties.
