Yorkshire Water Services Ltd (YWS) are seeking a supplier to manage all installation and reactive maintenance requirements for security fencing, gates, bollards and barriers throughout all of YWS all operational sites. The term of the agreement is for an initial 3 years with a 2 + 2-year extension options. Yorkshire Water Services requires a competant contractor to provide physical security in the form of installation and reactive maintenance of security fencing, gates, bollards and barriers throughout all of YWS operational sites. The services under this agreement shall comprise of the installation and the reactive maintenance, including but not limited to the following: — 2,4 m weld meshed fencing, — 3 m high 358 weld meshed fencing, — sliding canti-lever gate, — automatic barriers, — dual leaf automatic gates, — swing arm/rising arm barriers, — temporary gates, — timber post and rail, — chain link, — palisade, — expamet, — stock proof fencing, — armco, — cranked armed barbed wire, — razor wire at height and ground level, — internal boarding of roof voids with well mesh panels, — anti-climb toppings (rota spike, pipe bridge fans, etc). YWS would require the supplier to be able to attend site within 4 hours between the hours of 07.00 a.m. – 05.00 p.m. Monday- Friday. The agreement will be awarded to one supplier and will be for an initial 3 years with a 2 + 2-year extension option.
