Tender description
Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board invite tenders from Suitability Qualified Building Contractors for an extension works contract to Desmond College Newcastle West, Co. Limerick in accordance with the Instruction to Tenderers. The project comprises the construction of a new standalone single storey Special Education Needs Unit (circa 531sm), a new Construction Studies and Preparation room extension to the existing school building (circa 240sm); new ballcourt, carparking and associated site development works. The works are to be carried out in a 'live' school environment. This contract has been awarded to Resolution Mode Ltd.
