The Council wishes to collect information relating to the provision of Driver CPC Training and Licencing Compliance and help it in determining how the market would respond to a formal competitive tender for provision of services that would deliver the following objectives: •Provision an up to date, modern, and robust, CPC Training •Maximise the opportunity for further scalability, flexibility and development including adding additional modules should the Council consider expansion of further shared working / selling of services
