Contract 55 Responsive Repairs - Electronic Security 2019-2021

Tender description

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of its Electronic Security – Responsive Works (the Works) to assist with the delivery of the Authority’s responsive repairs plan. The Framework arrangement will consist of an initial term of 1 years, plus 1. The initial contract is for twelve months with an option to extend for a further twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders. The value is based on the full duration of the Contract should it be extended using the last 12 months historical information. There is no guarantee of orders or works by the Authority for this Contract.
