Tender description
Conservation works including re-slating of roof, repairs to chimneys, gutter and downpipe replacement, stitch pointing of internal cracks, repair of cast iron windows, replacement of perspex sheeting with powder-coated stainless steel mesh, removal of debris and pigeon guano and replacement of cement pointing with lime mortar on external walls together with local stone repairs to the facade.
