Established in 2001, we have a proven track record of delivering start-up advice and business growth consultancy. We are currently looking to increase our pool of highly capable and experienced associates and partners for 2019-2023 to support the delivery of a number of ERDF projects. We are seeking independent consultants with expertise in delivering business support, mentoring and training within the following business areas: — high growth/scale-up coaching and mentoring, — leadership and management coaching, — innovation, product and system development, — process and improvement, efficiency and productivity support, — international trade, import and export and brexit advice, — high growth potential start-up business advice, — finance and funding support, — Staff development, training and skills gap analysis, — economic analysis, programme and project evaluation. Applications are sought to join a pool which will operate on a call-off basis to provided the following business consultancy services. — high growth/scale-up coaching and mentoring, — leadership and management coaching, — innovation, product and system development, — process and improvement, efficiency and productivity support, — international trade, import and export and brexit advice, — high growth potential start-up business advice, — finance and funding support, investment readiness and crowdfunding, — staff development, training and skills gap analysis, — economic analysis, programme and project evaluation, — PR, marketing, creative and digital media, — non-executive directorships/trustees.
