Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) invites tenders for carrying out a range of building and security services across four estates in the borough, including concierge, CCTV monitoring, manned guarding, a patrol service and over-sight of various activities on the estate. We need to create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meet the needs and expectations of our residents. The service has to balance the needs of individual residents with the requirements of the wider neighbourhood for the common good.
