The project consists of the upgrade of existing communal lighting to LED fittings at Clydesdale Tower in Birmingham. This Electrical tender detail the scope of works to be carried out by the Electrical Contractor and will provide information on each service, as detailed below. o Lighting o Emergency Lighting o Testing & commissioning o Documentation All electrical contractors applying for this tender must be an NICEIC approved electrical contractor.
