Tender description

Kirklees Council needs to replace its core housing management system. This system is currently used by the Council, Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing (the councils almo who manage the councils housing stock), and several third party partners who supply and manage properties under arrangements with the Council. The core Housing Management System is mainly used to • Maintain and manage the tenancy records • Maintain and manage our property portfolio • Manage Income collection including former tenant arrears • Record complaints and compliments • Manage Housing Processes • Act as a housing CRM We wish to engage with the market to better understand how housing management systems have improved since we implemented our current system and help us understand how service delivery could be innovated. The results of these discussions will frame our procurement approach and shape the totality of our procurement and the route to market. Keywords: Housing software
