Render and Concrete Repairs at Shadsworth Junior School, Blackburn

Tender description

The works will comprise of, carefully hacking and disposing off-site the existing render system, as per elevations depicted to Drawing SJ001. Works will include for safely dismantling all existing fixtures and fittings, i.e. metal louvres to ground floor windows and external lighting and allow for reinstating on completion. Prepare existing exposed brick/block and supply and apply K Rend KR25-20 render system or similar approved. Include for minor concrete repairs to existing cills and repair existing subbase as per manufacturer's recommendations. Ensure all exposed brick/blockwork elevations are prepared and the new render system is carried out in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
