Lot 1: This will include the development from completed Stage 3 design, with novated designer of new South East Stands, split as a 2 and 6 pack; Lot 2: This will include as above, from completed Stage 4 design, with novated designer for full area stand reconstruction in PQC (Stands 1R-8) to address PCN and PCI for 9 stands. Stand 9 is targeted bay replacements. As before Lot 2
