Tender description
This is an award notice and this opportunity is now closed. Hertfordshire County Council (HCC or the Council) have awarded a framework agreement with a number of providers to provide a range of adult and family learning services to target groups within the population of Hertfordshire. Please note that the value in V.2.4 is for the complete framework agreement. This is an award notice and this opportunity is now closed. Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Services (HAFLS) have awarded a framework agreement for the provision of adult and community services. This was a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 and is for educational services. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is stated in V.2.4) of this contract award notice and is for the initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extensions. The framework agreement was awarded for an initial term of 1 year, with the option to extend the framework agreement up to a further 2 years on an annual basis.
