Tender description
The purpose of this tender procedure is to secure a partner for the transportation, acceptance and processing of co-mingled recycling for the Borough Council of Wellingborough, acting as a Waste Collection Authority. Transport of the materials is to be included in bids. The Council proposes to enter a three (3) year contract. The Authority may extend this agreement beyond the Initial Term by two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months.
