Sheffield City Region: Provision of SCR Strategic Asset Management Strategy & Delivery Plan

Tender description

We are looking for a suitable qualified consultancy to develop a robust Strategic Asset Management Strategy (SAMS) and Delivery Plan for the existing and future use of the Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) group assets, as well put in place a single robust and effective operational level management system and associated processes to cover all the types of MCA group assets. The Strategy will cover issues including disposals, ongoing management and repair requirements, legal requirements, and investment opportunities/requirements of existing assets, as well as setting out a policy and strategy approach to the potential expansion of the asset portfolio, where appropriate, reflecting the MCA group’s wider policy ambitions, risk appetite, and financial and operational requirements. This will be accompanied by a 10-year Strategic Asset Management Plan, which will include a detailed, fully costed 1-5 year investment and Delivery Plan for managing the MCA group’s assets over time. The Plan will include a sustainable financial and operational model to ensure the MCA group continue to meet business and operational obligations and requirements. Keywords: Asset Management
