To realise the initial GIC ambition, SCR is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide appropriate technical and management expertise to the SCR on shaping the Global Innovation Corridor and develop a vision which sets out the strategic and economic rationale, establishes an ambitious set of aims and objectives, works out an action plan and identifies complimentary workstreams.
