To express an interest please do so via Procontract, if you do not have an account with Procontract you will have to register. • To provide a cost effective authoritative and flexible online source of HR information for Gloucestershire County Council (GCC). • To provide an online service which offers a comprehensive range of support and resources that are regularly reviewed and updated and which includes best practice, benchmarking, template policies and documents, employment law reference manuals including material specific to local government employment. • To provide a resource which is user friendly and can be personalised to meet individual needs. • Offer training to help users quickly understand the site's content, functions and capabilities as part of the contract price. • Information which is sourced from quality and reliable references. • To ensure a transparent and confidential service is maintained including secure protocols and systems are in place to maintain confidentiality. • To provide management and business information to monitor performance, usage and accessibility. • Provide a named contact for the management of contract. • Provide regular updates on new developments and guarantee at least two meetings with the named contact per year, to discuss and monitor the contract.
