Tender description

Norfolk County Council Local Area Network underpins all of the Authorities business services and therefore is crucial infrastructure. The Authority has appointed a provider to implement a modern, simpler and faster Local Area Network to replace its legacy infrastructure. The LAN refresh contract is broken down into the following key elements: 1) Core LAN including Core LAN switches and routers located within the County Hall data centre, firewalls and load balancers; 2) Access LAN; 3) Wireless; 4) Management and security tools.
