Tender description

Newcastle City Council (NCC) has established a project to replace the existing revenue and benefits portal. Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of revenue and benefits portal solutions, providing an integrated system from 1st October 2019. The current suite of applications are under licence for support and maintenance purposes through to 30th September 2019. It is essential that the implementation of any new system does not extend beyond this date. All functionality must be live prior to the cessation of the current contract.
