Choice Housing Ireland had engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to provide multi element improvements to the above locations. The works consist of kitchen replacements to 10 properties, placement of external doors to 7 properties, fascia/soffit/bargeboard replacement to 7 properties and redecoration of 4 properties. The duration of the works are expected to bet approximately 2 months. Works and costs are subject to Consultant recommendations.
