NHS Shared Business Service is looking to meet suppliers in early market engagement for the area of digital dictation, speech recognition and outsourced transcription. The view is to set up a Framework Agreement for our customers to procure under. At the time of PIN the scope will include: digital dictation, speech recognition and outsourced transcription services. To provide organisations with the flexibility to either invest in a capital purchase of hardware and software solutions or alternatively purchase the services on a subscription model where hosting options can be discussed or through a price per line basis (i.e. software as a service SaaS). The scope will be reviewed as part of the renewal process through engagement with suppliers/stakeholders.
