Tender description

To facilitate ongoing improvement in the management and utilisation of our fleet and equipment, NIE Networks requires a comprehensive fleet tracking system and reporting service. A framework will be set up to provide hardware, installation, commissioning, training and support for the complete system; including initial setup, consultancy and ongoing maintenance for hardware as well as helpdesk facilities. 1 Framework Agreement will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) for a period of 3 years with the option to extend (entirely at NIE Networks sole discretion) for up to 2 years (5 years in total). The estimated value range (excluding VAT) of the tender is as follows: — 3 year value range: 300 000 GBP-420 000 GBP, — 5 year value range: 500 000 GBP-700 000 GBP.
