Invitation to Tender for Commercial Ice Cream Concession Contracts in 11 Lots

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to award concession contracts (here after called concession(s)) for the sale of ice cream and refreshments at 11 locations (situated on Dollymount Strand and in various city parks). These will be awarded in 11 lots (one for each location) and will run until the end of the year in which the concession begins (i.e. December 31st). Dublin City Council, at its’ sole discretion, has the option to extend the concession at any of the locations for a further three periods of one year each. The concession awarded will be for the operation of a van or other mobile unit which must be removed from the location at the end of each trading day. The specific trading area at any location will be set, and may be changed (temporarily or otherwise), at the discretion of Dublin City Council.
