Tender description

The small business procurement programme aims to offer support to 180 businesses and provide tendering and procurement support advice to participating businesses to access new opportunities for work. All businesses on the programme should be primed for growth and have the potential to create additional employment which will result in creating more sustainable and competitive businesses, expanding the private sector and creating a world class business climate in the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council (the lead Council), Mid and East Antrim Borough Council and Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council areas. Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, as the lead Council, now wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake the delivery of the ‘Small Business Procurement Programme’ across all 3 Council areas. Any organisation may establish a consortium to meet the requirements of the contract.
