To appoint a Service Provider able to deliver detention and escorting services at the Short Term Holding Facility at Harwich International Port for Immigration detainees. Additional information: A site visit can be arranged at a mutually convenient date & time during the tender period, but only up to Tuesday 13th August 2019 at the latest.
