Tender description

City Hospitals Independent Commercial Enterprises Ltd (CHOICE LTD) has the responsibility for the service provision of 30 lifts throughout a number of buildings. There are currently three lift service providers facilitating the needs of the South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust’s lift requirements at Sunderland Royal Hospital (SRH), Eye Infirmary Sunderland (EIS) and Durham Treatment Centre (DTC) locations. There is a need to consolidate the lift portfolio and invite submissions to tender to undertake the lift maintenance services of all the lifts under their control Keywords: lift maintenance
