NMC - Values and behaviours review 2019

Tender description

The NMC is now seeking to appoint a supplier who will collaborate with us as a partner. The successful supplier will be required to: 1. Complete, and report on, a baseline culture assessment of the NMC in partnership with the teams across the organisation. 2. Work in collaboration with our managers, Employee Forum and other staff networks to engage effectively with our colleagues to help shape the development of the new values and behaviours and bring them to life through a variety of methods including workshops, surveys and team meetings. 3. Work in partnership with Executive Directors, the Strategy Development and People and Organisational Development teams to build on this engagement, utilising the feedback and consultation work already completed to create a new set of values and behaviours. 4. Provide support to the People and Organisational Development team to create a session at our employee conference (6 November 2019) that supports the development and understanding of our new values and behaviours. This project is time critical and interested suppliers must have not only demonstrate the required expertise, but capacity and sufficient resources to deliver across August to January 2020.
