M1920-09 Consultant for Lift Refurbishment, Design and Supervision Contract at Various Housing Property Types within the Borough of Southend on Sea, Essex

South Essex Homes working in partnership with Southend on Sea Borough Council are undertaking a rolling programme of lift refurbishment to their housing stock. This consists of lifts in high-rise blocks, medium rise blocks, hostels and sheltered housing schemes. The number of lifts to be renewed is not guaranteed in any one financial year and will be dependent on the available budget. The consultant will be required to undertake lift surveys, produce specifications and design, assist in tendering, site manage and provide contract management of lift upgrades and improvements to various lifts in tower blocks and/or sheltered housing properties.
