Lift-maintenance services

Tender description

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint one or more service providers to deliver comprehensive planned preventative maintenance and servicing of the bed, passenger and goods lifts across the Trust. The provision of fully comprehensive PPM and Servicing of around 60 lift installations within the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Campus for Ageing and Vitality and various other sites under the RVI's remit. The service provider shall provide fully comprehensive cover for all lift installations, based on a program of work designed to act in addition to the service providers' own procedures and experience, to ensure the best level of preventative care and continued maintenance is achieved. The service also requires 365 day a year, 24 hours a day priority based breakdown/call-out cover.
