YPO are looking to appoint a single provider who can deliver a fully managed ICT service provision for all educational establishments, providing advice, support and management of their technology infrastructure. This will be to provide educational establishments with a one stop shop route to market. The solution can be from a call off for support, or a fully outsourced ICT provision. This framework will cover: — technology infrastructure analysis including IT review and health check, — planning, design and development of an IT infrastructure, — supply of ICT hardware and peripherals including computers, tablets, smartphones, — Leasing of equipment, — Installation and implementation of equipment, — Systems configuration and management, — Integration of solutions with other technologies, — onsite and remote support, — Service desk support, — monitoring and maintenance, — supply of qualified ICT staff such as onsite engineer, — programme/project management, — end user training.
