Tender description
The Council is seeking to procure a Solution that provides AV functionality for use at Derby Coroners Court that is compatible with the existing equipment and an AV Solution with video conferencing capability for use at Chesterfield Coroners Court. Project scope to include: • Supply and delivery of equipment with supporting software; • Supply and installation of all extra low voltage cabling associated with the AV Solution; • Installation and configuration of the AV Solution and infrastructure; • Removal and relocation of existing equipment; • Training and skills transfer as required to allow the Council to use, administer, develop and support the Solution; • An effective Support and Maintenance Service; and • Software Licensing.
