Civica Tranman - for VEAT notification purposes only

Tender description

This VEAT notice is to inform the market of the Council's intention to enter into a 5 year contract for the support and maintenance of the existing Civica Tranman Solution. CBMDC are not looking to procure a new system but to contract for on-going licencing, support and maintenance for the existing system. The Tranman support contract is a direct agreement with Civica, the owner of the IPR. This is an existing system and unique development and processes have been developed bespoke to CBMDC to improve efficiencies and reduce man hours within Fleet Services based on a software interface solely linked to Tranman. The annual support, maintenance and licence fee is a requirement for users of the Tranman system to ensure system upgrades, fixes and patches are available.
