Tender description
The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT) and the Norwegian Police ICT Services (PIT) were established in 2014 as a demerge of the former national police computing and material service. Since the establishment both organisations have experienced a big increase related to tasks, staff and budgets. When the 2 organisations were established signals were given that a future evaluation should be implemented for evaluating of the goals’ achievement. This evaluation is now requested by the National Police Directorate. The evaluation must be conducted by an external party in order to ensure the necessary objectivity.
