East Riding of Yorkshire Council (the Council) will invite proposals from selected suppliers for the provision of an integrated housing management business solution to deliver a full HRA housing and asset management business solution which is both customer centric and highly functional; will transform service delivery through CRM capabilities, digital engagement, mobile working and related services. The focus must be on digital engagement to support the council’s vision to release its digital potential and therefore the proposal must be a total end to end business solution that supports the council’s ambitions, purpose and objectives.
