Tender description

There is a continued need for Sellafield Ltd to have access to Specialist Industrial Services and Access suppliers to deliver Asset Care, Maintenance and Minor Projects across the entirety of the Sellafield Enterprise. Sellafield Ltd is seeking to place a 4 year (3 + 1) multi party Framework Agreement the Sellafield Industrial Services Framework (SIS). The SIS Framework estimated value is 75 000 000 GBP — 90 000 000 GBP including contingency, with two lots covering the following areas: Lot 1: Access Services; Lot 2: Asbestos and Insulation Services. Lot 1: Access Services: the design, manufacture, installation and deployment of access systems including scaffolding, powered access systems, roped access, rigging, cranes and any other systems of providing Sellafield Ltd staff and contractors access to various locations at each of their facilities. Estimated value 13 000 000 GBP per annum. Lot 2: Asbestos and Insulation Services: removal and replacement of thermal insulation including asbestos containing materials (ACM) and lagging. Methods employed will be varied and will include traditional removal methods and complete ACM coated component removal. Estimated value 4 000 000 GBP per annum.
