Tender description

The Authority are seeking to procure various facilities management services for the University of Sunderland London Campus Ltd to be delivered under a single contract beginning January 2020 until December 2021 with an option to extend for a further 2 years (in annual increments). Included within the scope are the following services: 1) Security management service; 2) Project management service; 3) Buildings and asset maintenance management service; 4) Winter maintenance service; 5) Waste management service; 6) Pest control management service.
