Tender description

Blackpool Council is considering options and researching the market for single and integrated FMIS, HR & Payroll Solutions. The Council would like to know whether supplier solutions can meet current and future requirements and whether there are additional modules / functionality that will benefit the Council and its customers to meet future needs. We are also looking for practical feedback on procurement and implementation processes including for example timescale restraints and requirements around what information to include within any future full tender process. Responses from suppliers with a proven track record of successfully supplying integrated solutions to similar UK authorities, with a similar application and technology stack, would be preferred. Information is also welcome however from single solution suppliers. Please note that this exercise is not a call for competition. This pre-market engagement is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Authority.
