Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to install/upgrade the Door Entry/Access Control at the following schemes: 1. 2-6A Jubilee Drive, Ruislip, HA4 0JH. This is a general needs block consisting of 6 flats; 2. 8-12A Jubilee Drive, Ruislip, HA4 0JH. This is a general needs block consisting of 6 flats; 3. 1- 8 Brackenhill, Ruislip HA4 0JH. This is a general needs block consisting of 8 flats; 4. 9-16 Brackenhill, Ruislip HA4 0JH. This is a general needs block consisting of 8 flats; 5. 17-20 Brackenhill, Ruislip HA4 0JH. This is a general needs block consisting of 4 flats; 6. 23-26 Brackenhill, Ruislip HA4 0JH. This is a general needs block consisting of 4 flats; 7. 27-30 Brackenhill, Ruislip HA4 0JH. This is a general needs block consisting of 4 flats; The works include, but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional audio door entry system to the blocks, the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Council's Representative in charge of the blocks. The Contractor is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Contractor or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. Contract duration 4 weeks lead in time and 4 weeks on site.
