Tender description
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) was seeking a provider to deliver a housing first pilot. An announcement was made that the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has received funding to deliver a housing first pilot. It is envisaged that the pilot will provide 225 tenancies per year for the period 1.7.2019- 31.3.2021 with a further two years of legacy support up until 31.3.2023. Please refer to the ITT documents.
