Framework for Planned and Responsive Maintenance of Swimming Pool Plant & Equipment

Tender description

The Framework was for the provision of materials and labour for the planned and responsive maintenance of swimming pool plant. There are currently 23 pools in Staffordshire County Council and other establishments covered by the contract. The semi comprehensive contract includes the following elements within the tendered service rate: • Two evenly spaced service visits per annum • Attendance to all callouts • All labour, materials and components for breakdowns, with the exception of the components and associated labour excluded in the Specification The purpose of the contract was to ensure the pool plant is maintained in a fully operational and safe state with the minimum of disruption to service users. There was no guarantee as to the volume of business on offer. It was Single Supplier Framework.
