All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement Working as Principal Contractor to undertake removal and replacement of the 4 No. skylights located on the roof of the Mary Lyon Centre (MLC). The contractor should make provision for all attendances required to carry out the works, site setup, CDM, required scaffold/crane hire, structural modifications, removal of existing skylights, replacing with new and making good externally and internally. Due to the nature of the building and the logistics of carrying out this work safely, if successful, it is highly recommended that you attend a site tour to ensure you have a full understanding of the location that you would working in, if successful. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
