Tender description

The Fund intends to procure a 2,5 year contract to facilitate and deliver support to and across the 6 HeadStart Phase 3 partnerships to optimise the impact the HeadStart Phase 3 investment can realise within the programme, across the Fund and into the wider sector. An offer to the partnerships which supports them and ensures they are better networked will improve delivery within the HeadStart Phase 3 partnerships, enabling enhanced partnership capacity, capability and will support sustainability and legacy ambitions.
