Tender description
Aequus Construction Ltd is a 100% local authority owned development company operating from its base in Bath. The proposal to set up a local authority wholly owned company to develop, deliver, own and manage property as well as new development on a case by case basis, was approved by the Bath and North East Somerset Council Cabinet on 2 December 2015. ACL have acquired a development site in Bath with the benefit of detailed planning consent for 9 residential units. 6 semi-detached units and 3 detached. We are seeking a manufacturer to supply and erect the timber frames to the 9 residential units on the development.
