Job planning and rostering (including temporary staffing and urgent care). Market engagement event: Job planning and rostering (including temporary staffing and urgent care). We are a large mental health trust with 72 inpatient units and over 300 clinical teams. We have services based across a large geographical area, our main towns and cities are Durham, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Scarborough, Whitby, Harrogate, Ripon, Vale of York and there are numerous smaller seaside and market towns scattered throughout our patch. We are determined to select the right tool for the right job and engagement is sought for a number of innovative products to help us: — achieve 90 % e-Job planning followed by electronic rostering across our clinical workforce, — manage our temporary staffing, which includes the further development of our Nursing bank services and to also build our Admin, Community, Crisis and AHP bank services, — manage our establishment more flexibly and effectively based on patient acuity, — quickly ensure the right staff are where they are needed most through the use of an urgent care liaison tool, — manage our complex staff groups including AHPs, Medical staff and other complex professions, — ensure compliance with national requirements and standards. We are holding a market engagement event to present our plans through what is required. There will also be opportunity to ask questions and for 1:1 meetings if required.
