Tender description
Kingston Upon Hull City Council is seeking suitable qualified providers to deliver a 5 year contract for smoking cessation services with a possible one year extension. Hull City Council is conducting the procurement using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Sl 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the specification (Services) .The services are broken down into 2 lots Lot 1 :Specialist Stop Smoking Services Lot 2 : Marketing and Communications.
