Tender description

The Community Impact Partnership (CIP) is a joint venture between four of the UK’s leading Housing Associations – Orbit Group, Clarion Housing Group, L&Q and Peabody Trust. The partnership is the first of its kind in the UK, established in 2018 its aim is to provide social investments for charities and social enterprises working in the communities served by the four partners. The CIP sits alongside the existing community investment programmes of the four partners, through which they collectively invest £30m per year. CIP launched its first £3m fund in November 2018, offering investments of between £25k and £150k with a blend of loan and grant available. An Investment Management system (IMS) is required to provide effective management of each stage of the process and to provide reporting. CIP is a Community Interest Company (CIC) jointly owned by the four partners, Orbit has taken on the role of lead partner in the venture including hosting the CIP Investment Manager. CIP is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to enter into contract to provide an investment management system as specified in the Invitation to Tender document. Keywords: system
